How do I know a Freelance EA/PA is right for me?

Do you offer face to face?
Yes, I like to meet with clients where possible. Personality fit is important combined with a real understanding of you and what you would like from MajorDame.
Regular face to face or on-site work can be accommodated where I can. Travel time will be charged at the hourly rate and possibly travel expenses depending on location.
The advantages of a Freelance PA/EA?
Flexibility, you are not paying NI, holiday pay, sick pay, pension, medical insurance, desk space, computer and associated costs. You may require varying skills such as a Tech VA, Private PA, Bookkeeper, Lifestyle PA, or Chief of Staff; this is where I can pull together an experienced team and provide a multi-faceted offering to you.
How experienced are the PAs?
I work hard to select brilliant PAs/EAs/CoSs when required with strong skill sets, vast experience, used to our clientele, discreet and conscientious.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Please let me know as soon as possible so that any issue can be rectified. Please do not leave it.
How do we communicate about work?
We can discuss how you would prefer to communicate. I find the most popular methods are Whatsapp, Email, Zoom.
Where are you based?
UK based and predominantly London. I live in Notting Hill but I am also a regular in the Cotswolds and happy to meet with clients in both locations.
Are you insured?
Of course!
Do you sign NDA’s
Everytime. We do not work without them. Lizzie has vast experience of working with the MajorDame clientele and is well versed and known for discretion.
Is my information secure?
Yes, something we take very seriously. We are GDPR compliant.
Do you only offer retainers?
It is a popular way for Freelance PA businesses to operate.
We do also offer project-based work or small ad hoc packages.
Can I roll unused hours over to the following month?
If there is capacity yes but it is not to be a regular occurrence. We can review packages and you can roll up or down with 30 day’s notice.
What is the termination notice?
30 days.
